Architecture is not simply a service, it is an inspiration.
Architecture surrounds us. The spaces where we live and work have a significant impact on our quality of life. Because a building is not only designed for today, but the design must also be sustainable, thinking about the future, lasting over time.
We create tactile architecture, paying attention to detail, designing spaces that surprise every day and at the same time feel like home.
How we work:
Preliminary study
As part of the project, in the preliminary study, the first verification is with urban planning regulations to establish the framework for the project.
Explore
We explore and investigate the basis of the project with the client. Together, we draw up a list of needs and requirements (functional, space, logistical, and comfort requirements). In addition, we use a mood board to gather ideas for atmosphere and inspiration.
Design
These documents form the basis for the initial sketches. These are discussed with the client, who sees how their wishes take shape, are transformed into space, and materialize on paper. In close collaboration with the client, we develop the design in detail. In this way, the project is developed step by step as a joint project between the client and the architect.
Build
We work closely with consultants, suppliers, and contractors until final execution to ensure project efficiency. We accompany the client throughout this process to ensure that the design will be built to the highest quality within the established budget. Therefore, on-site supervision is an important part of ensuring that the final result is well executed.
