Villa Amsterdam
This small villa incorporates two types of very distinct façades. The two rear façades, oriented toward the neighbors, are closed off to provide greater privacy.
In contrast, the two front façades, which face the canal and the street, are very transparent, offering an optimal view of the park next to the canal. The large glass doors that make up most of the front façade can be completely folded open, allowing the terrace to be fully integrated with the main living room.
The construction of these doors was custom-designed for this villa. The underground level houses a garage, connected to the upper floors through a large void that is partially separated by glass.
This allows the owner to enjoy his collection of classic cars even while relaxing in the living room.
