Poble Nou

Renovation of an apartment dating from 1898, focusing on preserving and enhancing its original features. New and existing materials, textures, and finishes are combined to reinforce the architectural identity of the space.

The kitchen is designed to be open and connected to the dining room, creating a functional and continuous area. In the living room, the original brickwork is restored as a visible finish to add texture.

Elements such as the marble sink and hydraulic tiles are reused and integrated into the new design. Cross ventilation between rooms is achieved through interior windows facing the courtyard, improving indoor air quality.
